FPinfomart Certified Training

We offer a variety of training options to help you get up to speed on FPinfomart.ca.  Whether you need a complete product overview, a refresher, or to learn about a part of the product you aren’t familiar with, there’s a training session to meet your needs.

Training is held three times per year in our popular hands-on classroom session, and every month in scheduled virtual (Webex) sessions.  We also offer customized training both onsite at your office, or via Webex.  We consistently get excellent feedback on our training programs.

The ability to use all the features and functions of FPinfomart.ca is a marketable skill.  You work faster, smarter, and more intelligently when you’re an expert in using the tools at your disposal.  Without training, you may be missing out on key functionality and critical information.  You become more valuable to your organization when you can efficiently and effectively find, analyze, and disseminate critical business information.

We’re very proud of our training programs, and we think you should be proud of yourself for attending.   Beginning today, we will begin recognizing your achievements with the new FPinfomart Certified Training program.  There are three levels of certification available:

FPinfomart Certified User

FPinfomart Certified Expert

FP Advisor Certified User

Completion of each of any of our classes will earn credit toward certification.  A certain number of credits are required to earn each of these levels of certification.

Credit requirements

Any 3 credits = FPinfomart Certified User

Any 6 credits = FPinfomart Certified Expert

Completion of the FP Advisor course (2 credits) = FP Advisor Certified User

Completion Requirements

Completion of any of the following will earn the allotted credits toward certification:

  • Attendance at one or more of our classroom sessions.
  • Participation in one or more of our Virtual (WebEx) classes, followed by completion of an online quiz.
  • Customized training (on-site or Virtual) with one of our instructors (credit awarded based on material covered, at the discretion of the instructor).

An FPinfomart Certified Training certificate will be mailed to those who complete any level of certification.

Awarding of any certification is at the discretion of  the Manager of the FPinfomart Training & Professional Services team.

Annual Re-certification

FPinfomart is a dynamic product.  We add new features and functions all the time.  As a result, your Certification will expire at the end of the calendar year following the date on your certificate.  You may become re-certified annually by completing all of the following:

  1. Successful completion of the annual Re-Certification quiz (online)
  2. Participation in at least TWO (2) weekly scavenger hunts during the course of the year.
  3. Log in to FPinfomart at least once per month during the re-certification year.

If you complete all three re-certification requirements, you will be sent an official sticker to attach to your Certificate, to indicate that your status is up-to-date..
