Intelligence you can count on

Earlier this year, we announced the new e-mail address for our helpdesk.  The final step in our transition away from @canwest.com e-mail addresses is to change the e-mail addresses used to send you e-mails from FPinfomart.ca.

There are several functions on our site that send out e-mails, for example:

• Morning e-mail
• Alerts
• Newsletter Publisher
• E-mail an article function from multiple document selection
• Other automatically-generated messages

Those of you with strict anti-spam software on your e-mail servers may have had to manually “whitelist” some or all of these e-mail addresses, as certain mail servers can reject auto-generated e-mails.  If this applies to you, we ask that you add the following list of e-mail addresses to your personal and/or corporate mail whitelists (the purpose of each should be self-explanatory):

• fpinfomart.morningmail@fpinfomart.ca
• fpinfomart.alerts@fpinfomart.ca
• fpinfomart.newsletters@fpinfomart.ca
• fpinfomart.articles@fpinfomart.ca
• fpinfomart.noreply@fpinfomart.ca

We will be changing to these new e-mail addresses mid-day on Thursday, January 13, 2011.

Please note that all @canwest.com. e-mail addresses will cease to function as of February 28, 2011.  Please check your contact records and ensure you have our new addresses!  Contact our helpdesk if you need assistance.
