Just a quick post to wish all our customers a healthy and happy holiday season, and a great new year. It’s always a pleasure to work with such a wide variety of users, from so many industries and an endless list of job descriptions.
Posting will be light between now and the new year. We hope you’re taking some time off too!

We’re heading into the holiday season – which, for many of us means time away from work. Nothing kills the post-vacation buzz like an inbox overflowing with unread e-mails. If you won’t need to read the automated e-mail Alerts from FPinfomart that were generated while you’re away, use the vacation stop function to turn off e-mail Alerts while you’re enjoying some holiday cheer.
In the left-side navgation menu, find the “Settings” portion and choose “E-mail.”
In the Email Settings page, under the Vacation Stop header, select the radio button for “Stop my email alerts until” and select the date and time at which time we should resume sending you automated e-mails.
While we can’t help you with non-FPinfomart e-mail, we hope that this feature will make your return to work a little more… merry!

Because several of the year-end statutory holidays fall on weekends this year, our office will be closed on some lieu days. We wanted to give you advance notice so that you may plan accordingly.
Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012.

Small changes can mean big conveniences for many of our users. In response to feedback, we’ve doubled the limit on number of Saved Folders each user can create on FPinfomart, from 20 to the new maximum of 40 Folders.
We hope this will better allow you to segment your media monitoring and research activities amongst the many varied categories you use.
