OOOoo very compelling Jennifer. I’ve been playing with Pinterest here and there for a number of months (personally) but I hadn’t really thought about how it could be used to augment our social media relations for the university, from a business perspective. Thanks for the tip!

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your comment. The two links do indeed point to the same document; there is only one sample. It’s filled in for illustration purposes, but obviously the intent is for you to make a copy, remove the data, and use the template yourself, should you find it useful.

Thanks for alerting us to this Google change – much appreciated! (p.s. I never heard back from Google regarding the change of the “+” operator)
And on the posting on keywords/topics, there are two links to “topic monitoring worksheet” and “sample worksheet” to the same document. Is there a generic “topic monitoring worksheet” or only the one document?
